Did anyone else in Leicestershire get a letter this morning about getting money?

I want some too but I don't understand the letter. I have no idea what they are offering or how I apply for it. It says if you are succesful in round 1 you will be invited to apply for round 2 but the form they sent says round 2 on it so how do I get through round 1?

Yes. I received it.
The 1st round was before Christmas - everyone got a letter saying apply for what you want. I have applied for tons and am waiting for a yes or no - or a "You have been a bit greedy but you can have a bit of what you asked for" letter.
It was tons of work (I sent in 120 pages).
Everyone has received a letter 2nd time around inviting people to apply again (there are 3 lots of money being given out).
If you have been successful the 1st time round they will tell you by end of Feb but they had to send everyone a 2nd letter out even if you have been successful the first time around because the closing date for application is only 1 month away.
