Development records for school age kids

Hiya

I am due my inspection soon so am getting together all the evidence I need. I've made up sheets saying what development milestones the babies have covered, the 3 -5 area but wondered if i should do this for the school age ones too? Wee bit of advice would be appreciated.

Just had my inspection yesterday and my officer wasn't interested in planning for school age children even though I have it. Her main concern was planning for the indivual child.
