Hi all,
I've just registered to recieve free seeds and KS1, 2 and 3 education/ activity packs. I got this info from another home educating mum and thought I'd share it too.
Its part of National Science and Engineering week, 6 - 15th March 2009 and there's a link to that resource-filled website too.

I hadn't seen this before so thanks. One of my neighbours is a beekeeper so we're hoping to be able to see honeybees in action this summer.

Thankyou!

I'm a bit partial to anything free and it being something worthwhile is always a bonus!

Thanks for this, hopefully it will help my daughter overcome her fear of them and anything else that flies. Not as bad as she use to be but still not completely use to them and I have no idea why. Wouldn't go in the garden when younger and screamed if I opened the window incase a bee or fly came in. We have slowly been working on it every summer for the past three years (LOL). This may help her see why they are here and why we should be happy they come to our garden.
