Makes roughly 16
Cheesy Feet
100g Cheddar cheese, grated
25g soft butter
50g plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to gas mark 6/200 C
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until the dough comes together (takes a few minutes). Form into a flat disc, wrap in cling-film & leave in fridge for 15 mins.
Roll out dough on a floury surface to roughly 3mm in thickness & cut out your feet with your cutters.
Put onto a lined baking sheet & cook for 10 mins for smaller feet, and 12 mins for bigger feet.
They will continue to crisp up as they cool on a rack, so take them out when they're still soft in the middle.
** Feet cutters are available from Ebay, or you can use other biscuit cutters instead. **
