Marshmallow Crispy Cakes


Ingredients
100g rice crispies
50g desiccated coconut
50g butter
100g glacé cherries, cut into quarters
200g marshmallows
3 tblsp golden syrup

Put the marshmallows, butter and golden syrup into a heatproof bowl and melt over a pan of simmering water. Or microwave on high for 1 minute.
Stir in the coconut, rice crispies and cherries.
Spoon into paper cake cases.
Leave to set for at least 30 minutes before eating

for adults the best ones are rice crispies, bag of toffees, marshmallows, golden syrup and butter.

melt the butter with the toffees in a pan, once melted add the marshmallows and golden syrup, once melted add the rice crispies and quickly spoon into cake cases (or a well greased baking tin). I say quickly as the mixtures sets a bit and is harder to spoon lol.
