If you are insured with the NCMA you have to use NCMA contrats Im afraid

If you are a member of NCMA they prefer you to use their contracts. If you are insured with them you have to use them. Especially if there was any dispute. Along withusing their Register.
There is nothing forcing you to. If you want to make up your own I dont think there is any reason wht not as long as everything is included.
I dont think I could be bothered to invent something that is already available, I have enough paperwork without more! By the time you've invented it, typed it and printed it. You could have bought.
