Had a lady call today wanting childcare so she is coming tomorrow morning, I just hope I get a signed contract. She did sound like she was having trouble finding a childminder with spaces. It will be2 days to start with then going full time.
So tonight will be rush around getting place sorted as I have not been minding as i only do Fridays now, plus dd has been ill this week.

Wish me luck

Well the lady didn't turn up so just gave her a call & she is coming Tue afternoon.
Then this afternoon I got some sad news my only mindee is leaving at the end of next month which will mean if this lady that is coming next week don't sign then i willl be mindeeless & hubby will want me to give up minding t& get another job, which I really don't want to do.

Oh hun thats really sad about your mindee, REALLY hope something turns up soon. If you have to take on another job in the short term then do so, bills need to be paid. But this does not mean you need to give up childminding, just until you get some children on your books. HAve you tried a leaflet drop? I really need to go out again with mine as have a place that a really need filled!:)
