I have my pre registration visit next week, me and my husband recieved the crb form but my mother in law would will be my assisstant hasnt got one, she only recieved a letter thanking her for her application to be my assistant. Doesnt she need as well a crb check?

She will and she will have to do First Aid and Safeguarding Children training before she can start to help you.:)

will she? She is only going to help for big outings and I will be there at all time, it is just an extra pair of hand.
I called ofsted and they are sending a crb form for her as she will need to be checked.
