My hubby is down as my assistant, will he have to be present at my inspections?, he will only be helping out now and again and is home most fridays so we thought it would make sence x

My husband is registered as my assistant and has been for 4.5 yrs. Unless I am inspected in the school holidays he is at work full time. I have had a full inspection since and no mention was made about him being here. Nor would he ever be able to on a working day.
