Only 1lb. I am not suprised as I had a meal out on Friday and 2 football matches, so fair result. 5 1/2 in total.

Will try better this week. :o

Well done Annie. I felt dissapointed when I only lost 1lb last week as I had been so good and been to gym etc. But as lady at w.w says 1-2 lbs a week is the most healthy way to lose weight :thumbsup:

I went out to a very fancy restaurant yesterday for my mums birthday and as my lovely brother was footing the bill I went to town and had starter, main AND pudding !!! plus wine :o So don't think I'll be weighing less this thursday!!!

Still go and get weighed - if you have put on you know what you are working to and if you have lost it will give inspiration

Thats what my leader used to tell me. What was frightening was when I had lost 1/2 stone and felt the weight of that - it was a great motivator - thanks for reminding me of that tip.
