I would fill it in, it's quite long...
You need to wait for the inspector to do the back page though, just have your birth certificate, passport and other bits and bobs ready.
She will then take it away with her :D

No she'll use it to fill in the bit at the back of the form then give it you back. :D

Also make sure you read the guide that comes with it as some parts of the form do not need to be filled in.
