Hi all

I'm sorry if this is a silly question, but...where/what do you get parents to sign to say they have read and understood the policies in the parent pack? Just need to figure out the easiest way to do it.

Thanks!

i list all my policies and then at the bottom get the parent to sign saying they have read and understood all my policies. this way they only sign once instead of signing each one individually

Same here but I add 'accept ' as well so it is clear that they are agreeing to abide by them as well.

I also put a version number on mine and then put the number on the list.

i.e. Behaviour V1

I do not give each parent a set of policies - it would cost too much in ink. So i get them to sign a "Acknowledgment of policies" form, to say they are aware of that I hold policies and proceedures and have read them, etc.
My inspector was more than happy with this x

I have put a bit that says they have read my policies at the bottom of my permissions. Trying to save paper.
