Im starting at weight watchers on Thursday nigh. ive been saying Im going to go since xmas but have not been in the right frame of mind. I have 5 months till my holiday so Ive got to shift at least 2 of the tyres!!

Best of luck Sam, have you done WW before? x the oly reason I ask is Ive done most diets lol
I did it last year for about 6 weeks and managed to lose just over half a stone, but had a few family probs so gave up going, wish I hadnt now! Ive tried loads of other diets and Ive never been able to move a ounce so WW is really the only one thats worked for me!
