Hi all
I have my application form in my hands virtually ready to send off to ofsted to FINALLY start the process. But I am trying to decide whether to send it now...or later due to possible issues with my health declaration.
I am due to have my gall bladder removed on February 20th by key hole surgery. Following the op I should be perfectly healthy. I am fine now, it is just I get occasional pain in the gall bladder area due to gall stones. The recovery is very quick and by the time I would be actually registered it should all be in the past and not be a problem.
Now I am thinking is it better to take my Health Declaration to the GP before or after the surgery??? In theory gall bladder removal is a common procedure and there are no on going complications. However I have no idea what the GP would write on it. And more importantly how it might affect my application.
Opinions/advice would be really appreciated. I am desperate to start the process asap but dont want to jeapodise my approval.
HELP!
