Have you done a separate one for each outing you go on IE one for the walk to school, one for the park and one for he shops.

I had my inspection last week and had done loads of different ones except going to toddlers:doh: , because its on he same route as the school one I didn't think to do a separate one. But she said I'd got to do one for EVERY outing I go on .

Don't forget the car, equipment, garden, garage etc..

When I did mine going out I did one for walking and one for car and then used these as a basis when going somewhere and added on the additional risk

Hmm that sounds a bit OTT! what is the difference of an outing to a specific place compared to the outings bit..for example i have put for the outings:

OUTINGS:
While we are out I try my best to make sure that where we go the children are as safe as possible.
Car seats checked over
Places as safe as they can be for the activity we are doing
Buggies in good working order
Reins or wrist straps in good working order and used where necessary
what do i put for specific places?

I have done the garden and the car seperate, the garage never in use.
