next steps for child who enjoys..

..opening and closing doors! - my cupboards, room doors and play pen gates! what activities can i plan for him? he's 14 mths

Fill a box with allsorts and let him open the flaps to see what he can pull out, lift the flap books are great fun, turn a shoe box on its end and cut out a door in the lid with some 'sort of door knob' & letter box. Stick some pictures on an A4 sheet and make your own lift the flap game. Any help ? :)

Some age appropriate post office role play would work well :D

Get a big cardboard box and turn it into a car with doors that open - hours of fun:)

We turned a empty shoe box into a fire station yesterday;) , door was a flap cut to open and shut, for the fire men/engine to go in and out.
