 MORNING ALL :)

Not sure really where to post this so sorry if in wrong place ( Am new to the forum  )

I am just trying to decide whether to do a website or not for my service. Am still in process of registering so not urgent but thought it would be a good idea to get on with it now if I'm going to do one. So my question is, have those of you who have got a site found it to be useful ie. got enquiries from it etc. I would also appreciate any advice on websites to use for a website -IYSWIM !

THANKS EVERYONE FOR READING :)

Howdie! Hope you had a nice weekend.

Well you know my view, I love my website and have found I have got a number of enquiries through it as I linked it to Google so if people type in Childminder and my area, I come up!

I've already recommended Synthasite to you, I found it the easiest to use although others have used freewebs but I found that tricky

If you need any help, shout but know Pauline offers to do one for you for a small cost of £35 (I think). Here's the link: http://www.childminderswebsites.co.uk/ (http://www.childminderswebsites.co.uk/)

HTH and good luck x

Pauline did mine a few years ago and I update it every year

Best price with the right person doing it for you

What more can you ask for ?

Pauline's websites are fab if you want someone to do it for you and take all the hassle away. I had my original one made by another company before I came across this forum and it cost lots more than what Pauline charges. Whilst mine was brill and did me fine I wanted one I could update weekly so had a go at making my own. I used Microsoft office live and found it really easy. I do get quite a few enquiries from mine but use it more as an information tool to point prospective parents to rather than handing out loads of paperwork.

As I had loads of free time:rolleyes: before minding I made my own using freewebs. It was quite easier as I had loads of time to fiddle before I needed it:)
