this time via netmums. Lady coming on wednesday. This puts me in an akward situation. Have a 19 month old IF mum gets the job she is going for on monday, but this one i'm seeing mum HAS a job and needs care from March. Already have a full timer so would have to be one or the other!!!!! ahhhh!!! Also, which ever one I get if any, I would need a variation again for 2 mornings a week either that or give notice to the boy I have on those days. I only have him til July anyway as he starts school in september and is term time only!!!

Nice to have the interest though, just need to weigh up the situation!!!:panic:

i'd go for the one that is better for you - if mum doesn't get the job and you've given up the other one you'll kick yourself. and i think a variation will probably be ok if its only for a few months.
