How is everyone doing on their diets?

I know some are on Cambridge and some on WW and others on SW.

How is everyone getting on?

I'm on week 2 of the cereal diet, but I had a little relaspe over the weekend and had a indian takeaway and a roast dinner:blush:

and lunch out today:blush:

but the rest of the week I have been good....but I dont think iv lost any weight though

Hello

i have lost 5lb since 1st jan:clapping:

aim to loose 2 stone by my birthday in march:clapping:

Been back on CD for a week and will weigh in tomorrow - hopefully another 3lb off.

I thought I had put weight on over xmas but I lost 2lb - so pleased..

But after watching that programme this evening where they showed that man having all that skin cut off - well it made me feel sick and there is no way I want to get like that

So healthy eating it is

I am only on day 2 of WW but I havent cheated yet :laughing: I have had my 5 a day and drunk my water :clapping: I also had enough points left to have a small glass of red tonight. I walked 6.1 miles today and 6.4 miles yesterday.

Me neither - I lied !

I'm just trying to eat lots more fruit and veg. I'm soo tired I must be lacking some vitamins.

Mind you I'm the same every Jan due to excesses of Christmas.

Sounds like most are doing well.

I know how hard it is to stay focussed but the first week is the worst so keep plugging away ladies.

Hey Dee.....you could run a slimming class on here on a certain time/day ....it would be great!....instead of paying the £5 ww/sw fee we could put £1 a week into Forum Friends or to Charity!

I am more than happy to be here to support you all and to encourage the weight loss.

We could have a forum weigh in once a week if you wanted - we could even have a forum weight loss competition....no cheating mind :laughing:

I lost 3 lbs this week. :clapping:

I weighed myself Saturday and even though I had been really really really good I had only lost a lb so Sat, Sun and Monday I thought what the heck and ate choc, crisps etc etc. Anyway as I go to SW with a friend I had to go Monday night and surprise surprise I had lost so now I have taken the battery out of my scales so I am not tempted to jump on before my next weigh in on Monday night. :blush:

Weighing yourself at home inbetween classes can cause no end of problems.

If you show a good loss mid week it can make you relax a bit and eat more than you should and not showing any weight loss can be soul destroying and you end up eating anything and everything in site.

My recommendation to everyone is to stay off the scales during your week!

I started on 30th Dec and lost 11lb as off yesterday:clapping: very pleased! sticking to the diet like glue, although got my FIL 60th on Saturday, but she has given me a list of things I can have without upsetting the diet to much!

Like the idea of a weight thread each week:D , if nt you will just get my random randomness

Ive just got back from SW and have lost 2 1/2 lbs this week making a total of 14 1/2 lbs so far :D its taking a while but im noticing a difference now and hopefully it will stay off xx

i am back on sw, had a good day yesterday and i am planned for today so fingers crossed i will be god, my friend lost 7lb this week at sw :clapping:

I have lost 7lbs since 5th Jan, i'm going it alone this time, counting calories and swimming twice a week, cycling and using the Wii fit, only another 2 1/2 stone to go.

Only lost 1lb last week and was disappointed. Getting weighed again tomorrow so hopefully it will show.

Keep going ladies, it will be worth it in the end.

Only lost a pound last week so been on a downer all week and thought I may have put on as I didn't really stick to the diet that well although I did keep up th exercise, got a lovely surprise this morning, I had lost 2lbs:clapping:

I'm on WW and have been since October. Have lost a stone which is good but its taking So long and I have really lost my focus. ds was ill last week so didn't go to weigh in and I know I had put on 2 lb. that has made me really depressed and now I have been comfort eating all weekend. Have been SO bad. Feel totally disgusted with myself..... I AM WEAK :( :( :(
