ARG! I was really excited about calling my business Tots 'r' us but someone else has registered that as a business name :(
So now my mind is blank, have you guys got any ideas??:blush:

If they aren't local there is no reason you can't use it to. I think most of us haven't registered our business name with companies house, we just use it for our own paperwork. Official paper work comes in my name but on my paperwork I use Happy Bunnies.

Could you call it 'totz r us' instead so its a bit different.

hi
i have had a similar problem - i'm called home from home childminding. there is a home from home nursery a couple of miles away. we can both use it as different endings but also because we are not registered with Company House. as childminders, we cant afford this in most cases, so changing it a little will help otherwise dont worry especially if they're not close to you.
