Sorry i've yet more questions.
I'm stuck on divising(spelling?) a business plan and what i intend to do. I haven't a clue where to start nor what should be in it?
Any ideas or help is gratefully appreciated.

Who do you need to do it for. I havent done a business plan but on the ICP course we were asked to think about the hours we want to work, the prices we want to charge so that we are ready when a parent enquires and we can advertise if we are offering anything special.
Take a look at what the other childminders in your area offer at www.*************.gov.uk and see if there are any services you can offer that they dont such as bank hols, weekends, babysitting.

When i rang my development officer about whether i was able to have the grant she asked me about my business plan and what i expected to do and what i hoped to get out of it and doing this. It kinda freaked me out. Especially as i've only been to one of my two(second one is next week) briefings and even though i told her this she seemed to expect me to know from not doing anything really to knowing what i fully want and how i plan to grow etc.
