Was shopping in primark with DD and mindee, got to the checkout and i spotted some cans on the counter. I looked at one and it said spray on tights, the picture showed some legs in black tights. The can had no colour on so stupidly i thought it must go on black and surely that wouldnt work :o . I asked the lady behind the counter if she knew if it worked (the lady was black african judging by her accent)
She replied 'i dont have a clue'
to which i replied 'oh i didnt know if youd tried it'
to which she replied 'are you trying to be funny'
i replied 'no i was just simply asking if youd tried the product
she replied 'no why the hell would i want that?'
i said 'sorry i just thought you might of tried it'
she said 'do you know what colour it is?'
i said 'no, black isnt it?'
she replies 'its like fake tan, like a nude colour so no love i havnt tried it'

 she didnt look happy at all  if its not kids its me lol

I think the shop assistant sounded a bit rude, why are some people always on the defensive?

that was a little rude of her
but for yourinfo the spray on tights stuff does work we bought it in the summer and it sprays on like a thin pair of tights not great but quite fun for an evening and i was recommended it by a member of staff who had tried it and said it was good

How rude of the assistant, sounds like she may have a chip on her shoulder:rolleyes:

Spray on tights - now there is an idea - seeing as I could ladder steel plated ones lol

Yer i felt quite bad for a while not because of exactly what i said (was embaressing but i explained it was a genuine mistake) but because id obv offended her a lot.

I might give it a try if you seem to think it works, my legs dont take too well to fake tan but you never know might be worth £1
