Can I just ask what you risk assess every day. All I do is:

Check toys
Floors
Wires
check garden

Thats it

Check highchairs clean and restraints working
Bathroom clean and stocked (where I keep nappies, wipes etc - seperate shelf for each child)
Fridge clean and temps of Fridge and freezer
Kitchen clear and clean and chemicals safely away (husbands :rolleyes: )
Bin empty and clean
Telephone working and mobile charged
Keys doors windows checked and exits clear
Dining table clear and ready
toy boxes check (no lego made its way into lo's boxes)
paperwork out (attendance log/diaries etc)
Welcome board out
Theme board out
Garden toys dry and no cat faeces
Shed locked (husband again :rolleyes: )

I have one for each room of the house including the garden. Each one has around 10-15 things on. On each one i have potential hazards, how i correct them and how often i check these. Then i explain who ive notified (parents, children etc, eg tell parents to close gates, advise children not to climb etc). Then i have risk assesments for every place we visit and update these regularly or if anything changes. Hope this helps.
