Can anybody inform me of a good website that sells arts and crafts materials such as paints, pva glue and even presentation folders(ring binder).
I have the Hope catalogue but find this one a little expensive and I'm not a scrooge but £6.25 is a lot for postage.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated XX

There is a thread on this that I started last march but I dont know how to create a link to a thread. I have tried but to no avail - if anyone can throw a little light on how to do it - (by that I mean an idiot proof instruction guide in very sinple tiny steps) I would be more than grateful.

If you can tell me where the thread is Celine I can look for it and put the link here

Do you know what section it is in
