hi im stacey and joined this fouram as i need to loose 5st eek i dont eat that much and am quite healthy but its the excersie i need more than anything help

Hi Stacey,

I eat the wrong things and no 'right things' really and lots of biscuits and a few cakes!!!!! Whether I'm working or not I just feel hungry and go straight to the biscuit tin! Today I had a crust of wholemeal bread in my hand THICK with butter and thought, I shouldn't be eating this!!! It's all a very bad habit lol. I've not been weighed for a while so must try and do it in Boots soon. I think I must be nearly back up to 13st. I lost about a stone or just over when I went to SW.

Hope you can lose some and get some exercise. I don't get any exercise at all.

Hi Stacey

I took drastic measures to lose the weight so to start with I had to be careful about the amount of exercise I did.

I would recommend things like walking initially. I really enjoyed (and still do) going out for a long walk listening to my Ipod and ignoring the world :D
