Business Name

Need some advice please!!

If you give your business a name do you have to tell Care Commission/OFSTED for them to put on your registeration certificate? Or can you use a name on an unofficial basis?

i think everything goes throught ofsted as your proper name and not a business name hun.

as it is you as the business not the name. (if ykwim)
