Can I confirm that the address is Father Christmas, Reindeerland, SAN TA1?

Also, do you have to include a SAE. I remember doing letters last year but can't remember if I did include SAE but either way, never received a reply back.

What would you do?

That's the address we used and I didn't put in SAE and we got a reply.

They send a pre-printed card so have to use an envelope that goes with it if you see what I mean!

can't you send an email??
We always send an email to the french one with my dds! My friend makes fun of me but they always get a little puzzle or puppets to make with santa's letter. They like it as it feels like a present!!

If you use that address it goes to the post office and you just get a card back, the nspcc do one and they will also reply in welsh if you want. They ask for a donation
