hi every one,
so i have a tick list every morning and i sign it and sigh my diary to say i did it
(plug covers, stair gate, things like that.)
then i have written risk ass on;-
first aid box,
fire drill,
gardens,
floor plan of cotinuous provisions,
car,
public tansport,
out walking,
shops and can the double pram fit through the doors!,
and 3 outings we go to every week like indoor ball parks, drop in etc

im sure i should have a written risk assessment on more but my brain not working all the wet grey matter has frozen :blush:

please can you add to my list and ill get typing while the little ones are asleep

Missed most important risk assesment........being a childminder........

Hazard Solution

Paperwork write small saves loads of paper
Private time to go to loo dont go keep legs crossed
Eat lunch in peace dont eat
toys everywhere dont buy any
No adults to talk to phone talking clock
Long working hours dont look at clock
Fear of ofsted inspection children allocated a certain amount of space,
make sure all space taken up by kids so
no room for visitors........

Sorry just had to do that one

I have a risk assesment for my lounge covering hot weather, cold weather, christmas decorations.
One for my hall/stairs and landing
One for my bathroom
One for my kitchen
One for outdoor area.

Outings: Walking to school
Going to local toddlers groups
Going on public transport
Going to the library
Going to the shop
Going to the park

Hope that helps
plus on the bottom date I assessed and my review date too

I have one for each room in the house, the garden, the garage, the equipment within the car, the car, all my equipment and toys.

For outings I have:

CAR (generic for each time I use the car to go out) plus
WALKING (generic for each time I walk when I go out) plus
CINEMA
INDOOR PLAY AREA
OTHER HOMES
PARKS
SHOPS
SWIMMING POOL

Hi, its good you are doing it everyday but you dont need to, once a year for the house, when you visit new places or you take on younger children or children with additional needs. Why do you do one for a fire dril and first aid box?
