I've just been thinking (as you do lol) about childcare

Well the local after school/out of school club is closing
and the other one unfortunatly isn't

Anyway neither of them provide childcare over the 2 week christmas holidays

so just thinking about next year really (unless reg cert comes through in record time) about advertising for christmas only placements if i have any vacancies as i know alot of parents are stuck for this time of year.

do any of you do this??

I have adverts out for Christmas holiday only care as the nursery in this town is closed.

I would advertise - hike the rate up a bit because its Christmas and explain to parents that if they came all the time then the rate would decrease.

You might pick up some holiday work all year this way.

You can always do it this year if you don't get paid!
