Is there somewhere I need to search to make sure my proposed busines name is not already in existance? Do you who have names protect it somewhere or because we are a small business you dont need to worry!

My domain name is not registered so I have bought it but then thought maybe I need to check somewhere else!

Not sure but then there are loads of nurserys/hairdressers and other businesses with the same name as long as you are not copying anyones logo/trademark then I can't see a problem.
