Ofsted just gone!

She came a little early, was changing my bin and setting up some toys for daughter! (all minding toys, so libby was in heaven! new toys, or at least toys she hadn't played with for about 4 months.)

All libby wanted todo was eat! More, door, at the cupboard where hubbies choc biscuits are! lol She shares with daddy after tea. So she had grapes, raisens, cheese crackers, cheese string, juice. But all she wanted was toast!

Gave the inspector my question booklet to look through, she asked some questions leading off what i wrote, i kept explaining my policies really. She seemed really impressed, especially when i showed her my dated risk assessment. Showing what i had completed already.

I will be registered for 2 + 2. 2 between 5 and 8, 2 less than 5 no more than 1 less than 1. All i need todo is first aid booked for january.

Thank you to everyone who put links, shared their ideas and policies, resources.

Donna, can I just ask when you sent your papers in to Ofsted. I have had my first aid cancelled it was next weekend, now rebooked for Jan.
I have all my paperwork done and ICP ends in 2 two weeks, form at docs etc.
I was wondering if I could go ahead with sending everything off to Ofsted?
Hope this makes sense lol

Since it's the CRB that takes most time and Ofsted will need to visit to get the paperwork for the proof of who you are... then I would get your forms in asap! :D

I sent papers off, filled in the box for planned first aid as mine is in january to. They told me your first aid has to be completed in ten weeks of them recieving your forms, because originally i couldn't get a first aid till end of february.

I'd get them all sent off because like sarah said the crbs take quite a long time
