mindee going having a little operation

my mindee is going to hospital for a day to have his little thing sorted mum has just phoned as they are off today do i charge when he is in hospital never had any of my mindees go to hospital thanks

ooooooooooh thats a difficult one,

i think i'd charge half fees for a set period, do you know how long he's going to be off??

my son was off school 3 weeks when he had an op on his thingie :thumbsup:

mum said the day of the op and the next day but i think it will depend how he is he is 8months old bless him

my son had stitches which took ages to disolve, thats why he ended up being off school so long, he was fine apart from the stitches :thumbsup:

I would charge normal fees for up to week and say half after that. Depends on recovery. Very sore. (DS was 11yrs and had it done in summer hols, bit different for older boy)

Sure he will be fine in few days, hope it all goes well. :)

we had a boy who had an op on his little thing, He wasnt allowed out till he pee'd comfortably (think he was 3 years old thos. bless him he kept asking the the magic cream??)

I used to work in the hospital as a HCA.

I would prob do half fee but my policies say full fee if the setting is open:idea:

Like Emma my policy if full fees if the setting is open and parents choose not to use it, but I have waived that for certain circumstances.

Do whatever you feel comfortable with as long as you don't make yourself short...
