Sharing information policy

Please be patient with me! I know I asked befoire about this policy....Sharing information with other settings and professionals...and Pauline you kindly gave me guidelines on what to include but I seem to have a mental block and can't get started. Would anyone feel they could share their policy with me so I can adapt it to fit my setting. Woke at 3am thinking about this and had to get up for a cup of tea and calm down!!

I wont be much help Im afraid,I havent got one.
but when I sent out a parent questionaire,
one of the questions I put on there was, did the parent have any objections to me liasing with pre school nusery or childs reception class, both came back, that the parents had no problem with that at all.
Is it agood idea to have this particular policy does anyone know..
