Does any one have any ideas?

I have to write about 3 activities that cover all areas as part of my DHC unit5.

In my obs I can see I need to get C interested in different healthy foods as she doesn't like eating much.

Any ideas people? I then have to link these into areas of development.

Thanks in advance :)

Do some cooking with her - this links to

PSED - cooking something she likes and has chosen;

CLL - reading the ingredients; talking about the process;

PSR&N - measuring ingredients;

KUW - science, learning how things change when they are heated;

PD - mixing and stirring;

CD - decorating the finished product.

Hth :D

Sparkle box have some lovely health yeating place mats you could print off anf colour. I think they also have playdough mats to make food out of play dough then sort/count onto the mats.

Fruit tasting is alsways a good one, smelling it etc can be lots of fun.

Making smoothies?
