Does a daily risk assessment have to be ticked off every day or can it be done mentally? What does everyone do???? Am working on my risk assesments at the mo so really need to know EXACTLY what I should be doing!!!:)

I have done a laminated checklist adapted from the Bromley one with columns for Mon-Sun (not that I do w/ends at the mo but you never know) which I tick each day and wipe off and start again the next week.
Ofsted were fine with this, especially as I had crossed off the garden as the fence had blown down, and marked the kitchen bin with a star as the lid had broken the night before!
Just my luck for it all to happen right before the inspection!
