we rang up asking about tyhis and they have it will only be going to nusarys not fair i had it nearly all spent lol

What a joke, spend it all and give up minding! the reason why minders are leaving is in some cases because we are treated as "second class citizens" compared to nurseries :angry:

My DO is very passionate about this and is fighting our corner.

She said a day nursery got a rather substantial grant, only for the lady to sell up the next year- reeping the benefits of the new extension! :panic:

I was given it but that was earlier in 2007, and as far as I am aware Derby City are still giving them out, not fair if some are and some not :(

same here as well its going to nurserys and playschools this year, childminders get no help excepty there first aid course and dhc course paid for x x x dont even get our insurance for first year paid for any more?? oh well, its just atking me a bit longer to get things done as have to save before i spend x x x
