My mindee has just turned 2 and I am running out of ideas for activities to do with him. He loves painting and playing with playdough which we do every day. Yesterday we did some gluing with pasta shapes, lentils and feathers...and today so far we've done colouring and painting and now i'm stuck for ideas! He loves Little Einsteins so I've just printed off some colouring sheets of that, but would like to do something to do with our topic, Pond Life. Perhaps not the best topic to do really in this weather. Will do it again in the spring when the lake where we live is more active!
So far today we've read the Ugly Duckling and Does a Frog have Fur?, sponge painted ducks, been on a trip to the lake and fed the ducks, looked at pictures of frogs, newts, etc....and now I'm stuck! He's asleep now, due to wake up any minute so need ideas for after lunch!
