I've had a message left on the answer phone to say that the form is ready for me to view and that I will need to pay...£50 :panic::panic::panic::eek:

A girl I was on the ICP course with said her was only £18 and I was hoping that mine would be around the same, but as she is in a different surgery to me I know there would be a difference but I didn't think it would be this much :eek:

Think I will count the pennies in the penny jar and take it down wiht me...they can;t refuse that can they!!!!

it is steep for what can only be 20 mins work!

i've heard them ranging from free to £110 so i guess they can get away with charging anything they like cos they know we need them x cheek!

mine cost 27.50, but yes i was told they range from free to 110 pounds (from my Development Officer on the ICP course)

Mine was £50 but I can get it back with the local start up grant so maybe you can do the same?

Mine for CSSIW was free - either that or the doctors forgot to charge :rolleyes:

they've got you by the goolies though really. I am moaning but i did get it back from my start up grant :D minus the interest on my credit card of course!!
