HI everyone,

First thanks for all your support - this group is full of amazing people. You saw me through my OFSTED you have supported me with my many dilemmas!

However the last few months I have become increasingly disallusioned and felt that I was not giving enough attention to my youngest who plays up so much when I am childminding but is a little angel otherwise. Also I was beginning to resent having so many toys that my own kids were too old for and my house feeling like a nursery!

So - I applied for a job and today I had an interview and I got it!

It is to be a drama teacher, 2 days a week 10am - 2.45pm. This means apart from the first year when I will need a childminder for my youngest from when he finishes pre school, I won't be needing childcare for the other two and none at all for when my youngest starts school next year. It is my dream job!
I can't believe my luck really.

Anyway I start January so am having to tell my mindees now - very tough!

Thank you again and goodbye - though will be here for another month!

Gemmax

Good luck with the new job - hope it works out well for you!!!!!!!!!!!

Have to admit sometimes my house gets me down, there are more toys and equipment about and posters on the walls than I ever had when my 4 were little!!!!!!!!!! (in fact I didn't let them have posters stuck on the walls  )
sometimes I would just like my house back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
