christmas letter to parents help please

so far I have this down but I need to ask them what their plans are after the school breaks up on the 19th December. the prob is I dont know where to put it or
how

Dear parents

As you know Christmas is fast approaching and will be with us before we know it. This is just a small note to inform you that the setting will be closed for Christmas on the following dates.

23rd December - 4th January 2009

The setting will re-open 5th January 2009. If you need my services during this time please talk to me as soon as possible and we can look into making arrangements.

Looks good, just say if you need to make alternative arrangments for child care you will do your best to assist ie. provide another childminder/club contact number to save you feeling that you are leaving her in the lurch Cx
