you wait for ages and then you get too many at once!! lol
I have had two after schoolers and 1 baby due to start for two days a week, and was starting to wonder if that was going to be it. then i had an e-mail from a woman wanting to start 3 days a week in feb, a call for a woman who wanted part time days yesterday (shes coming tomorrow afternoon) and a call this morning for a 10 month old FULL TIME for 6 months, then part time after that! so i've got the 10 month old mum coming tomorrow morning, as i'd rather take on a full timer (selfish i know but its our only income at the mo) I just can't decide how busy i want to be. Should i just have the full timer and the baby two days a week (plus my own 20 mth old) or do I offer the other one (a 3 year old at nursery) the other 3 days a week?!!?
 never happy eh?! lol
