OK i'll apologise now cos i'm bound to offend someone ! But i have to say the bromley site just makes people panic . Dont get me wrong , there are lots of lovely really useful things on there and i have made use of them myself but i think people need to be aware that you dont need to use EVERYTHING on there :( Dont painc , keep it simple , we dont need to drown in paper work . Lets keep it about playing

I use the Bromley site a lot - thought it was great when I first found it - loads of information and easy to understand.

I'm not sure I think it makes people panic but I do agree you don't need everything on there.

You're right , people have to be selective and just use ( and adapt ) what applies to their business.

The way in which I coped with the Bromley site, was to go through the policies that were recommended in the ECM and work from there.

I agree, i have used it a number of times, but only the bits that i think are relevant to me or that we Have to have.

But somebody has done a fab job, its everything all in one place!
