Thought I would have a little fun (its Friday night after all!) and do a "best bits/worst bits" thread...for the minding obviously!
For me....
Best Bits:
* When you have that special bond with a mindee
* arts and crafts
* finally getting that particular fuss pot to eat good healthy food
* shopping for toys!! (big kid that I am!)
* snuggling
* meeting other like-minded minders
* the excuse to act like a two year old yourself!
Worst bits:
* the mess
* the parental politics
* the lack of a proper break in the day
* the negativity toward the profession
* my clothes being totally smothered in milk, food, snot etc at the end of the day!!! :laughing:
* the fact that there isnt a magical day that training is available and its not the dead of night/a work day so I lose a whole days pay!
Please help me continue the list...will be interested to see your responses! :D
