I think thats great! you have obviously spent a lot of time on it. Do you think you could do it for every planned activity, did it take a lot of time, perhaps it would be good for a term theme such as autumn but personally I would find it a lot of work todo for every activity we are doing plus not every activity I do relates to all the EYFS goals or different children interpret it different and do different things with the activity or get different things out of it. Thats just my personal opinion as I know you wanted feedback. It is a fantastic web and I'm going to do one for a general them but not for individual activities IYSWIM.

I am hoping to do it for just the big themes!!! Not for every theme.
We have enough paper work to do as it is!
Do we have to do a planning sheet for every activity? Or just big activities?

Its a fantastic way of planning, I've never seen it done that way before but it makes it so much easier to see what your planning for. :)

I'm just doing a general planning sheet per term and then just noting the EYFS into the observations per child. I dont know if this is right as I'm still pre-reg.

Both look really good, thank you for sharing, I will agree with post above regarding the age of the child at that precise moment.
