My lo is dropped off at 3 in time to do the school run for her brother. She is 3, do those inpspection criteria apply to me or not????

Thank you for that Pauline - i know of 1 minder in this town who now only looks after children before and after school and I bet she is not aware of this - I don't know her well but I do know she is doing it just to avoid having to comply with EYFS - She is full and has a waiting list and I don't know if she has any children in reception class or if she she knows this exists - I wouldn't if it wasn't for this forum - these are the things that get on my nerves people who work alone are expected to be inspired.
