NCMA insurance has come and there's a little card with it, do we have show it when getting discounts? I had a quick flick through the book, there's quite a few good discounts in there isn't there.

Does a start up pack come later or have i imagined that?

I recently bought NCMA membership and insurance. I am yet to receive a start up pack though :(

I did receive a handbook though, but that's it so far. Shopuld we receive a pack?
