Some information to anyone who needs it.
I phoned BT up today and asked if they can send me fully itemised bills in future. A lovely man said that if I use this website www.bt.com/selfservice and register I can look at my bills without having to change what I currently get (made hubby happy - doesn't like change!!) plus it doesn't cost anything. You can print these off and highlight the relevant phonecalls. So you can track back for the last six months and add to your accounts book.
nother useful thing is that you can put in details like an address book. This took me ages but well worth it because you can look past all th tel nos to friends family etc and just concentrate on those you haven't "labelled".
