Last year someone (John was it? I can't recall now!!) had the FABBY idea of putting a wee note a bag with sweeties for trick or treaters advertising their vacancies and had some success too as I recall. Maybe someone cleverer than me can pull up the thread??

So just a heads up to give you all time to prepare something!

I'm going to put together a little advertisement thingummy tonight and share it with you all to save everyones time if anyone wants to use it they are more than welcome!

I remember that too George and yes I think you are right it was John's idea.

Are they ok? I did downloads some funky halloween fonts but I can't seem to get them on the Openofice list for some reason boooo!

They are fine.

Ive just made them alittle smaller to fit 4 to a page.

I also had the idea last year to put a laminated

'Happy Halloween from ??????? Childminding!'

poster with a few halloweeny pics on your door too.

great idea, may b losing one shortly have a feeling mum is gonna get sacked or I'm gonna give her notice longggg story lol so might cover my tracks ya never know. I want to stay full till after new yr at least lol

darn it thought i was being original i made up 60 little treat bags for my two little nieces to give to all the kids in their classes o n the front i put ''happy halloween love m or l and on the back i stuck on one of my business cards fingers crossed i get a phone call or two ;).
have also done the same on little trick or treat bags for halloween night....love the idea of a poster will have to borrow that idea.

So what do you do, just put them in kiddies loot bags when they knock on?

Yep, simple as that. I sat and did my sweetie bags last night, pumpkin lollipop, handful of dolly mixtures and a faom banana along with the slip :D

I chose to do a slip as it was themed to HAlloween and thought a bit of humour would be good :D
