Trying to be proffessional... help

Hi there had an enquiry today for a 18 month old girl but only wants wed and thurs 10 - 1. mum asked me to send my leaflet out which is just a little about me and i remembered after the phone call that ive put on there my minimum hours are 10 hours per week. Im just writing a quick lette rto accompany the leaflet and cant think how to explain that charging for 6 hours isnt worth it so thats why i charge for 10. anyone able to help me... my brain just isnt working today!

I'd just pop a note that says: as requested, here is a copy of my prices etc please refer to the minimum contract hours. Kind regards

It doesnt need to be much, she would hopefully notice this on your leaflet anyway
