There is an absolutely fantastic one on Bromley Childminding website!!! Details lists of Muslims, Mormons you name it they list it!!!! Prints off on A4 sheet and I have put mine up in cupboard in kitchen as well as allergies etc and treats allowed charts etc!! Hope this helps!
